ShopCoverlay is NOT RESPONSIBLE for package delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, etc. Our responsibility stops when the package is delivered to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx and/or UPS). DO NOT accept any package that appears to have been tampered or opened
or damaged. Keep your packing slip and container it was shipped in for

Shipping methods are subject to change without notice!
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and
charges. These charges are determined by your countries customs office
and are your responsibility. We have put into place a shipping method
for international shipping that is fair and cost effective for both
parties. We accurately fill out customs forms. We do not mark items as
(gifts) or use inaccurate values. USPS international shipping can take
up to 6 weeks to arrive. Customs procedures can cause delays in shipping
time and we are not responsible for those delays.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased:
Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of date received for the full
credit of item(s) purchased (shipping fees are non-refundable). Item(s) must be in brand new condition upon return.
You must obtain an RMA Number (Return Authorization) before sending products back for credit. This Number must accompany the product for proper credits to be applied without delay. All products must be "unused" and sent back in its original package, and must be insured with signature confirmation for the shipment at customer's expense. A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted.

ShopCoverlay Warranty honors the Manufacturer warranties & will abide by the said manufacturer requirements to have products serviced for warranty. There are products distributed from Mechanics Tools and Bits that need to be sent for service directly to the manufacturer of said products in order to avoid terminating said warranty. You are responsible for all shipping fees to and from in the warranty process.
